In Rainbow Seniors ROC we take “living vibrantly” seriously, and treasure the opportunities we have to connect with others, share laughs and experience a sense of belonging. Time together is something not taken for granted by LGBTQ+ seniors who in their lives have weathered the storms of bias and social rejection. Now as they face the challenges of aging, we are proud that Rainbow Seniors ROC provides a caring community that can enrich the quality of their lives.
We are a social group and more. We also work closely with senior service providers to promote equitable health and wellness, and address isolation, food insecurity and safety issues in our community. For us, there is no greater priority than the well-being of older LGBTQ+ adults.
